Ordering Sky Gass

I decided to order a Sky Glass Geb 2 online  All went well and I was aske d for my credit card details to pay up front for it.  My card company sent me a code which I put in and pressed go as usual.  Sky website just went blank.  No hope of finding out if my order has gone through using online chatbot.  Tried to phone.  Problem not recognised.  Couldn't discuss with anyone.

Anyone else experienced siilar?  It's supposed to be delivered this Saturday, but no comfirmation at all.

If you haven't received a confirmation email of an order then it more than likely never went through. You could also check your bank for any pending transactions @Bored3

Thanks, that's what we've done.  It seems that th Skt website had a glitch and we phoned in the end and re-ordered,
