Have you gone to the Settings via the 3 dot button[...] all the way to the left then click on [Settings Go to Settings], top left button under power button, then Picture and Sound>Audo Output and then Digital audio output and try changing them...?
Select Sound>TV Speakers and Digital audio output>PCM Stereo or Passthrough, one should work.
