You will need to provide more information. Is your internet working? Have you rebooted both your glass and your router by powering them off at the mains for a few minutes? Who is your ISP? Is this setting up or an existing install?
Remember we are fellow customers not sky support and we know nothing about you or your set up unless you tell us.
