Disney+
When I try to go on Disney + it says my password is incorrect and sends a one time code. So I put that in and it tells me it's incorrect again even though it isn't. I have done this several time and it still does the same.

Re: Disney+
Hi @Steria
Sky don't have anything to do with Disney+ credential management. They simply tell Disney that they are managing the billing.
You should follow the forgotten password steps / troubleshooting outlined by Disney here: https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-login-issues
