New sky glass

Hi everyone I have the Sky puck at the moment and will be receiving my Sky Glass Air TV on Thursday. How do I disconnect from the puck and connect to the TV. I have the return package for the puck? Thanks

The tv will go through the same setup as did the puck when you received it . It will activate to your account during setup and carry across your playlist and profile settings etc

Hi @AnnieG14 

 

You don't need the puck anymore, your sky glass air has everything it needs. You just connect it to your WiFi and follow the setup.

 

The puck is loaned to you so you do need to return this.
