Netflix

My Netflix account hasn't not been linked for months and I've been paying extra for Netflix? I should be due a refund for the last few months as I've been paying twice ?

Re: Netflix

Hi @Lucy258

If you have logged in and activated netflix potentially. But really sky can only be responsible from when you have informed them of the error. You could argue you need to complain to netflix rather than sky. Depends where the error was. Have you now resolved this.(I.e. are you now billed by sky?)

You havent really given much detail for anyone to give you a detailed response.  Therefore the only option is complain: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Activation steps: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-activate-netflix

It might also be worth seeking independent advice as anything here should be treated as opinion rather than fact.
