In my bill it shows Netflix on my ultimate subscription but I also seem to be paying for the Netflix premium package? Should I be paying or should it come free with my Sky subscription?

Netflix Standard with Adverts is included in the Ultimate TV subscription price. Netflix Premium is two tiers above that, so requires a subscription supplement.
