It won't let me log back into my Netflix account I have linked with my sky account?

If that does not help, contact Netflix to reinstate your Netflix account, using the Contact button at the bottom of that help article page.

Are you able to log in on another device like a laptop or phone ?
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.

No nothing, it says I changed my email so I changed it back to old one but still doesn't work
