My Sky option to manage your account

Anyone else unable to select the My Sky option on Sky glass.Unable to get to it for a couple of days now

MYSKY_7998 and a message we will be back soon try later.I might of misled the issue ( half asleep) I can select MY SKY but when the options come up bills,apps etc whichever option I choose that message appears

Do those things appear on the MySky mobile app out of interest?

 

I think this one sounds like something for Sky to investigate though. You might need to contact them directly, or perhaps another member could escalate this for you.

I would also advise you to pull the plug from the tv for a few minutes to see if this clears the glitch
