Moving home query

Were currently have sky glass and our moving out of our property on the 18th October , the house we are buying is not ready yet so we're moving back in with parents until it's compleated , how does it work with our sky glass , can we just use it while we're there and change the address on our account or is there a way of putting it on hold until we get into our new property , my parents already have sky tv in there house so not sure how it all works or what the best thing to do is 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately Sky doesn't have any mechanism for putting accounts on hold, and you couldn't register the temporary address with Sky for your Glass set without ceasing the existing subscription there.

There's two parts to your payments to Sky TV services...

1. Buying the Sky Glass TV ... If you have a loan agreement ... You have to continue making your monthly repayments😉

2. Your Sky subscription services ... Phone Sky for advice🤔

Do you have Sky BB ... tell Sky you are moving from your current address and ask Sky for advice🤔
