Move home not working

Hello, 

for several days (over a week) I am trying to set the move home date. 
By now I have moved houses and still cannot set a date. 
Everytime I get to the end and confirm, the screen just goes blank and nothing gets confirmed. 

what can I do?

Sky Glass is the television set, and doesn't have a Home Move process.

 

Are you referring to Sky Broadband?
