Month trial

I was told when i agreed to join I would get free full sports package(s) when my service was activated but I haven't.  When will this start. Thanks everyone.

@Jaynbeck  You would have received all infomation within your order email.  If you were given Sky Sports for  a month free it will start at the activation of Sky Glass

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
