Sky Glass channel change

Sky glass frequently fails to change channel with the messages loading or please wait for yourprog to load. Will not load without reboot

Sound like a wifi issue, open Netflix  go to get help, click on there go to check  my network  run that and see what speed  your  tv  is  getting, also what speed  is your  broadband, and how many  other  devices  do  you  have  connected  to the broadband

Dont think its a wifi problem, as readings on Netflix are between 95 and 110.  Can receive same channel on Tablet at same time without problem.

 

Only other devices usual phone and occasional tablet.

 

Will try using ethernet connection this weekend to compare result.

Thats basically whats happening. As long as tv is kept running no problems, but if you turn set off and return later, it will display ' please wait for your prog to load' only a reboot will sort. 

 

Surely Sky can fix this!!!
