Internet not working need to know if I can watch streaming programmes

Can I watch Netflix, Disney + and Amazon with sky glass if internet has gone down

Without any broadband obviously no, you can't.  No broadband means no streaming services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
