Incorrect pin

Our sky glass was reset and asked for the pin it said incorrect so we have trued to reset using the forget your pin. After adding thw four digits of our payment method and putting in a new pin it is still showing as incorrect. We can't access the tele!!

By default it's the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

when you see the request for a pin come on the screen pull the plug on the tv. Plug the tv back in and When it boots back up it should skip the pin screen

We are having the exact same issue. Screen stuck on incorrect pin screen. Tv wasn't turning on prior to this so did a reset. Now won't move from that screen
