ITV & ITV2 not coming up

ITV & ITV2 seem to disappeared from our available channels on our Sky Glass. Am able to access via the ITVX app but the channels should be readily available without having to do that...

A few days ago some channels disappeared from the scroll across the screen TV guide on my sky glass the boxes are there still bit just remain empty. Click on the full TV guide and the channels are there and selectable but if you press and missing channel number like 4 it doesn't find it. Any clues please?

Hi @Turner007 

I'm not sure if you have tried a reboot yet, but its possible it may help:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

What happens when you select 103 and 122 with your remote.

If you have not done so already.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Glass TV, by putting your Sky Glass Tv into standby, switch off your TV at the mains then switch it back on.

Or by doing a settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV  will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Thanks for your help.. I've just done the suggested reboot via Settings but those channels are still not coming up. There's just 2 x empty boxes where they should be.

Just to add - if I go to the TV Guide box, ITV1 & ITV2 are showing there. So just not on the Playlist screen... Very odd

I've exactly the same issue with mine. 
Done a reboot and... it's still the same.

Same with mine too. Rebooted pulled the plug out etc still the same. Yet another of many annoying glitches from Sky glass. Would never have another one!

I sorted mine. It was the favourites listing, somehow it had unselected some but no removed the boxes. Anyway delete all favourites and reselect them and that worked for me.

Just tried that and yes it had removed mine for some reason. I have now readded them. Thanks for the advice 👍

I have tried both the power-off reboot as well as from settings and still nothing. 
any suggestions?
