How do I switch off audio description on my Sky Glass tv

Click on the three dots on the remote control (right under the power on/ off button)
you will find the option there

Won't turn off. Already says turned off in settings and comes on randomly. Any ideas?

@luton1234 I have exactly the same issue whilst watching BBC1. Tried turning TV off at mains and re-booting, but problem still persists. It's so annoying!!

we have the same issue too !! Only BBC1 and will not turn off, even though in settings it is set to off. Very very annoying

Sky have just ordered us another glass tv saying it must be faulty 🤷🏻♂️

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@luton1234 highly unlikely to be a TV fault suspect the agent was trying to offer you something. Likely it was an issue at the BBC end on one of the regional versions of BBC1. Faults with particular channels are best reported to viewerR@sky.uk if its BBC1 give them the regiobal version you have on your Glass TV.

I agree that it isnt probably the TV but that is what the call handler said. It has never happened in 20 years of being with Sky but twice now on two different Sky glass TV's. Before I report it to your suggested e-mail address who are they?
