How do I reset my PIN

I have forgotten my PIN and have followed the on screen instructions (which say that this can be done by selecting MY SKY / RESET PIN and entering the last 6 digits of my account number) but when I tried to do this - it asks for the PIN number to access the next screen? Can anyone help me please
