How do I cancel whole home

I have sky glass and am being charged £15 every month for whole home. I only have the main tv,no extra pucks, so I don't understand why I have this. I did contact sky by phone but unfortunately nobody was able to answer my query they just hmmm when I asked to cancel it.

Hi @Tracy193

See downgrading here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2

Click "Manage sky TV" > sign in > manage content packs > home setup > whole home > remove whole home > checkout.

Or try calling sky again. It should be a simple query for them to answer. Unless they advised your in contract?
