Horizontal bars
Hi there I have a sky glass air it's about 7 months old and as now started showing horizontal lines on the screen. Much more noticeable in real life and as got slowly worse. It's the same on Sky content or on attached HDMI devices.
Will Sky fix this under warranty as its starting to get a bit irritating.

Re: Horizontal bars
Definitely contact Sky and request a replacement. The panel should not be doing that after just 7 months.

Horizontal bars
My sky air 55 inch tv as horizontal bars going up the screen when on HDMI. Sky have replaced it and it's doing it on the replacement. I understand they are very cheaply made TVs but this is very irritating. It sometimes does it with no HDMI devices connected.
Thinking it might have been something to do with my Apple TV or PlayStation 5 I purchased a new Roku 4K hdr stick which plugs straight into the TV, it's just as bad on this if not worse.
So sky sent a refurbished TV out to replace mine, what are refurbished tvs are they customer returned because they are faulty and repaired. HDMI is not useable on the TV so it looks like I will have to sort something out with them again. As anyone else had this problem.
