Home move

I want to book a home move. I thought I booked it for 4th November 2026 in morning slot but I've had no confirmation or its not on .y track order please help. I move in 2nd of November and do not want to be without sky for ling periods

@Emma-Marie Are you referring to moving your Sky Broadband?

There is no Home Move for Sky Glass as you just take your TV (and any Pucks) with you and inform Sky of your new address.
