Home move

I am moving house on the 16th, I have attempted many times to book home move online. I clicked on home move and it just said its been booked however it didnt ask me for any information, not the date of move or new address. It has the wrong date but nothing appears in my orders! The chatbot is no help and when I call it sends me a text link which takes me back to my chatbot conversation. Im going in circles.

@Ciaraphil  Just ring sky stay on the line ans you'll eventually get past the bot
