@Michelletalbot197 Unfortunately we are all customers like yourself on the forum so don't have access to your account. However, replacements usually take between 3 to 5 days but by all accounts they arrive pretty quickly.
If you have one available you can pair a Sky Q remote to use while waiting for the replacement.
