@Denise_2026 Afaik sky doesn't provide a wall mount installation the only thing the couriers will do for the extra you have paid is unbox and set the tv up onto its stand
any wall mount installation would have to be sourced and paid independently
i note you have posted on the sky Q board which doesn't require mountings so I'm assuming you have sky glass on order
