Hayu app

I can no longer access hayu through sky glass.  I can access it through a computer.  Any ideas on how to resolve?

Have you tried rebooting your Sky Glass?

 1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Thanks.  I haven't done this but have switched off and unplugged before starting up again and that hasn't worked.  I have also refreshed apps to no avail.  I will try your suggestion to see if that will work

Another thing to try is a voice search. Just voice search for "Hayu" and it should open the app

The app opens, tells me to subscribe, tells me I'm good to go.  Then when I click on a programme to watch I get a messsge asking me to subscribe...... 

I escalated to Hayu they say no problem their end.

I had this recently. 

bizarrely I had to log out of the app and back in, it seeemed as though the app was stuck in a unsubscribed state.
