My Asian channels keeps freezing and when watching the recordings as well they come and go

Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? And what speed is your puck receiving? You can check this in netflix by going profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check.
