Would be great if the activation actually works it just keeps saying sorry we can't do that at the moment! It's ridiculous I cannot wait until my sky glass contract ends it's abysmal

Re: Subject: HBO Max & TNT Sports via EE – Account Integration Question
@NDJones wrote:I can log in with my Sky account and get TV and films, or log in with my EE account and get TNT sports but I can't get both via either account. Does anyone have any hints how to rectify this?
I believe you can only have them combined in one HBO Max account if you used the same email address when activating the Sky offer as you used for the account via your EE offer.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I activated my HBO max account on Sky glass, and even on the Mysky app shows that it is mine, but when I click on the HBO max app it takes me to the subscription page and shows the current one. How can I get to work to watch HBO max as I restarted sky glass and refreshed app and still not working.

Re: HBO Activation Isues
I've followed the instructions as laid out online and get to a page thst says choose your subscription. However nothing happens when I choose the HBO Max Basic with Ads which says Current on it. I can't get past this screen at all.
I phoned Sky and was told it wouldn't be available until April 1st and I was to wait till then. Anyone else had thst or been told that??

Re: HBO Activation Isues
Well that's **bleep** as they've been going on about 26th March for ages and is all over my Sky Q home page. These customer service idiots that give out this incorrect info should be fired

Re: HBO Max upgrade costs
I think I was getting confused its actually the standard without ads then (£9.99 via HBO) that sky are offering the £5 upgrade for
- i was thinking it was the basic with ads at £5.99. So no upgrade option for that ?

Correct, the Standard With Ads tier isn't currently available through Sky. If it were, it would only cost £1, as the £4.99 cost of the basic with ads tier would be removed from it.

@KevNewMedia If something says get access does that mean it's not free to watch on hbo and you have to pay more to watch it for example a newer film?

Yes, it's a made for Sky 'Basic with Ads' we have, although as far as I can see, it's only the newer films and of course the sport we don't get.

Re: Subject: HBO Max & TNT Sports via EE – Account Integration Question
Hi NDJones, did you get this sorted or not. I also can only access one or other, and it's a real pain to keep switching accounts. Not sure there is any way round it. Thanks
