HBO Activation

I have sky glass and cannot access HBO Max. I subscribe to TNT sports and can view TNT sports but I am prompted to Get Access when trying to view other programs. I have scanned the QR code, provided my email and confirmed with the code sent  to the email but still received the Get Access prompt followed by activate on the sky login.  The sky login says I have an active subscription. How do I get HBO Max to work?
