HAYU saying GET STARTED even though it’s signed In
Hayu app is driving me mad! I've signed in and it's not letting me watch anything and just says GET STARTED. I've signed out and back in and no difference. Also now being charged for it through SLY MKT £5.99 thought ot was now part of the subscription 🤷♀️

That's because the Hayu app is not included in any Sky package.
Hayu content is however available via Sky On Demand if you search for it and have the appropriate subscription.
The benefit of paying for Hayu directly though is that you get the content at the correct frame rate, without any ads and often sooner than Sky get access to it.
