My tv won't turn on, it takes 10-15 min to get the picture up and running happens Everytime

You will need to provide more information. We are fellow customers on the community not sky and no nothing about you.

 

Is this a new install? Is it a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Glass? Who is the isp? What broadband speed are you getting? What exact steps are you taking to restore viewing? How is it connected (WiFi or ethernet?), has it ever worked etc.

 

Alternatively you can call sky for support.
