Glass & Air Play

Why oh why.... firstly Sky, I listen to music, I don't watch the screen to do so !!!

I am inches away from binning this tv because...

I use Apple Air Play to 'LISTEN' to music while I work. Why can I not control my experience myself ????

You have to build in eco controls ? I buy a car and drive it myself !!! Take note and do the same.

To stop working, to have to turn the tv back on, to grab my iPad to reconnect, is excessively annoying !!!!!!!!!

I don't 'WANT' to have to stop my project because you want to turn my tv off. I repeat... 'I LISTEN TO MUSIC !!!' You flashing a message after x amount of time ?

Did I ask you to ? NO.

Do I want that feature ? Absolutely NO.

DO I SEE THE SCREEN WHILE WORKING ? N O !!

SORT IT OR PEOPLE WILL JUST GET RID !

Because the TV is sold in EU markets where EU law mandates it.

And the UK adopted the standards:

Re: Glass & Air Play

Try setting the sleep timer to 4 hours, that may override the eco mode. (I use two hours on a daily basis and it works). Just remember to reset the timer before the 4 hours expire though.

Re: Glass & Air Play

You miss the point. I want to listen to music for as long as I am working. I don't want to have to reset timers.

I just want control of my tv and not have to turn back on / reset anything until I turn the thing off.
