Freezing apps and blank apps

Is anyone's TV just not working properly...freezing and apps are missing/blank and just don't work.. Was on a different network and it worked perfectly now with the fibre put in it doesn't work well at all...I've spoken to someone followed some steps and still not working 100%

It’s not a hardware issue, I believe it’s with Sky servers. However, it could also be a firmware or software bug.

Hello 

After reading your comment would you recommend anyone having Skyglass installed as that's what I'm looking at doing.  Swapping Sky Q for Glass.

Tbf I don't know enough about the sky glass and how it works...I don't if the issues I'm having is the puck itself. Is the sky glass built in??
