Freezing apps and TV
I am sick of the freezing of apps and the TV so frequently. Lost count how many times I am having to switch the power off at the wall to reset it all. Thinking of giving up on Sky Glass. Nowhere near as good as Sky Q. Help!!!

Hi
can you go into the glass Netflix app and go to get help where you can run the network check to see the internet speed you are getting
glass needs at least 30mb to run optimally

any boosters or extenders ? These can cause some issues
Can you temporarily run an ethernet cable from device to router and see if the issue persists ?
if it does I can escalate your post to the online sky support team

Re: Freezing apps and TV
Nothing else. Can't run an Ethernet cable as the distance is too far. Plus the whole reason for the steaming was to run it through WiFi.
