I received an email from Sky TV advising Disney+ and a couple of other channels are now free, however, this doesn't seem to be happening. I am being asked to pay?

Hi @Mconskye
The email said that this will take affect from March but did not specify when. There will be further communication from sky when we are able to sign up to Disney+ and HBO as part of our subscription.
