Flood damag

My home has been flooded and all of my sky equipment is damaged. It is covered by insurance but how do I suspend my subscription till I move back into my home ?

@Carmel72  If you're in a minimum term Sky may not allow you to pause/suspend a TV subscription.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Carmel72  for clarity you cannot withhold payments whilst you wait to return 

 

you will either have to continue paying or cancel if outside a minimum term or with Skys permission if still in contract
