Flashing screen

Hi all, my screen keeps on flashing black and then back to normal and then continues.... another problem when I watch Chicago Med, it randomly broadcast in a 4:3 screen even though last week it was normal. Stuck for ideas how to resolve. I've done the reboot, power off, unplugged cables etc

Hi, I'm having the same issue with the flashing black screen and then returns to normal. This happens every couple of minutes on all channels. Do you have any advice?
