Fitting Power cable

.y power cable has come out fro. U Der sky glass TV.    It us impossible to put back in.   What is the corre t way to put cable back in?

@Joan0709  The power cable on Glass TV's are 2 pin, it doesn't make any difference which way it's plugged in to the TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I cannot get the cable in....my fingers are too fat.  And your working blind.  As the TV is on the wall.

If the TV is wall mounted, and you are unable to access the port to plug the power cable back in, then you would need to unmount the TV from the wall, reconnect the plug and then put it back on the wall.

Unfortunately if you've chosen to have the set wall-mounted on a fixed bracket then there's no alternative to removing it (and Sky won't offer any assistance)

 

The official Sky Glass Gen 2 and Glass Air wall mount will move away from the wall on a swivel.
