Factory reseted and remote not working correctly

Somehow my daughter has managed to do a factory reset on my sky glass tv, now the remote is not working properly (3 doesnt work and volume controls the up and down) and we cannot right the pin number in correctly, can someone please help me... can i reboot the remote from this screen??

I am afraid  you will  have to ring sky, as the factory  set has unliked the tv from  your  account  and you will  need  there help to get it back,

For her to do a factory reset, she would have gone into  the settings  and pressed  factory  reset
