F

Orders my sky glass tv65" and pluck box and that also box has arrived with remote but still no sign of tv or and emails to say it's coming?

We are fellow customers on the community. You will need to call sky for more information on your order or track it as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

 

Generally the Stream boxes are dispatched via Royal Mail and the TV is delivered by Sky's delivery partner which can be between 3 and 28 days. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/delivery-sky-glass-tv

And also when I click on the track but it says it's been delivered but that's only the stream box no tv has come but I remember picking what size and colour tv I wanted so I have no clue what's going on haha

If there is no info in regards to the TV then it's possible the order has not gone through. You will need to call Sky directly @Danmat
