Eligible for 25% Discount

So Sky advertises 25% discount off Sky glass gen 2 tv. I have the old one with a couple of payments left. I am a current stream customer, so from their ad meet the requirements for said discount. But I can't get it, even after speaking to 2 different departments, all I was told I was not eligible and that offer was not available. So why offer it?

I have had no defaults and have been a customer for several years. Any ideas?

If you are having difficulty purchasing take a look at Samsung they have some excellent offers on NEO QLED currently with 0% interest free payments when buying direct from Samsung. You can get yourself a puck the picture quality will be amazing 😉

Sorry, my point is the ad clearly states for new customers and EXISTING SKY STREAM CUSTOMERS.

It gives the discount to new customers, but as soon as you log in. It says you are currently an existing customer and puts the price back to full.

So the advert is false, as usual no loyalty to its current customers!

Offer available to new customers and existing Sky Stream customers only

it doesn't mention existing Sky Glass customers and as you already have the previous Sky Glass tv that's why the 25% discount does not apply.

Existing customers who have Sky Stream but don't already have a Sky Glass TV that's when the 25%  discount on getting a Sky Glass TV would apply.

Sky Stream and Sky Glass are separate products

@Mabawsa I imagine the deal is aimed at existing customers who currently have a Sky Stream Puck, but not a Glass TV.
