Says i need a device pin to be anle

to download and i cant find it or help anywhere

@Mainy10  There aren't any downloads, all content is streamed, if you're attempting to watch post watershed content you will need  pin.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In addition one of the latest software updates has a bug whereby a need to enter a pin keeps popping up not saying that's your issue but could be. I have it happening often a reboot clears it temporarily.
