Dolby Atmos missing from Netflix

Hi, I have noticed recently dolby atmos logo missing from content on Netflix app on my sky glass gen 1.

Has there been a update or now removed from Netflix app on sky platforms?

This is still broken. No atmos on Netflix now. Can I arrange a refund for my dolby atmos subscription?

The UHD/Atmos pack on Sky Glass/Stream does not affect Atmos on Netflix.

You need to subscribe to Netflix Premium in order to receive Atmos on Netflix and be using a compatible streaming device with Atmos decoder, which Sky Glass/Stream should be.

Had premium for years, this has broken since the Netflix app was updated recently on Sky Glass. Software bug.

Just spoken to Netflix tech team. There is indeed a bug or fault on the Netflix app on Sky. Dolby Atmos may be missing from some devices with the latest version of the app. For information my Netflix was updated last week as I now have the beta Games to use, this is probably the version with the fault on.

8th may 26, no Atmos working on sky content but not on Netflix or Disney+ seams to be a problem with apps. Netflix really glitches and reboots not impressed at all.

Same, it's been broken for ages now. No longer have atmos on Netflix through Glass. 

Needs fixing
