Disney+

I am stuck in a Disney+ subscription confirmation loop. How can I resolve this - it seems to be a known issue so why has it not been fixed or a fix posted so that users can resolve?

What have you tried so far ? Have you restarted from the settings ? Pulled the plug for a few minutes ? Tried the refresh app option in the puck settings?

 

are you able to log into Disney on another device?
