Disney+ access

I went to the Disney+ app on SkyGlass to log in. It asked me for the email account I used. So I put in the email address I used to sign up for when I bought my SkyGlass TV, then it showed a QR code that took me to the Disney+ site, and n it wanted me to pay another monthly fee to subscribe but its meant to be included in mysky So now I have a Disney+ subscription through my Sky, but I can't watch it. May I have some help, please. Thank you

It's not 100% clear of you are saying you already had a Disney account already or not? Try going here: https://www.sky.com/tv/apps/disney-plus And click activate and follow the on-screen instructions. Here it will ask you to enter your Disney plus account email and link the two.
