Disappointed
I am day two in to having sky glass and so far I am very disappointed. Programmes constantly freeze I feel I have gone backwards.

Re: Disappointed
@Ziggy21 what is your download speed and how are you connected WiFi or Ethernet? If the former try the latter has that can give a more stable connection than WiFi which can fluctuate

How did you check the download speed?
To test the download speed from the Sky Glass you need to open the Netflix app on it, go to Help -> Check Your Network and it will run a diagnostic and show you the download speed from the Glass.

Re: Disappointed
@Ziggy21 What speed is your Sky Glass getting? Open the Netflix app no Glass, go to Get Help, run connection test, it will report the speed it is getting.
