Delivery

Apologies if this has been asked before ,I work very long  nights and alot of them at mo , am on a tight schedule.   When should I  phone fo my sky glass order  so im there when it's delivered and getting someone to help as unable to on own .

For example,If I tel sky on a Monday could they deliver it on the Fri when im of and can arrange for someone to come round .

Am hearing conflicting things from paying 45 extra del to it takes 3 days to 3 weeks and friend had hers del in 3 days no extra cost .

I was told new mobile would take 14 weeks as out of stock ,got del notice saying comming next day (I would be in bed asleep) tel sky they assured me no it wasint would def be 14 weeks, dhl woke me up at 12.30 next day with it(was unable to get back of to sleep ) so don't always believe them ,just want your advice and experience and def can't afford extra 45 del so might just forget it and renew my subs with sky q again?

Hi @Rocketqueen

We are fellow customers on the community so can't tell you what sky have in stock etc. however if you pay extra you can choose a delivery slot "to suit you".

See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/delivery-sky-glass-tv

If it helps my Gen 2 was delivered 2 days after ordering.
