Credit Agreement Issue

Jcampbell3869_0-1783601314286.png

Have tried multiple times, on multiple devices to sign the agreement, but it just keeps taking me back to this page in the MySky App.

Any advice?

Hi @Jcampbell3869

Try on the website instead of the app or vice versa. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sign-credit-agreement-sky-glass

You need to be signed in with the same Sky ID as the order was placed. See the "Problems Signing your CCA" section of that link for more things to try.

Failing that you will need to call sky for assistance as we are fellow customers here on the community.
