Connection
Each morning when I turn on my Sky Glass I can't watch anything apart from a black screen. This is resolved after turning both the router and TV off and back on. This is obviously a fault but how to fix is the problem. HELP

Re: Connection
Hi @Painless1 I had a similar problem when I first moved to the streaming platform. Like mine,, your puck is probably losing the network connection when it is in standby so go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving. It resolved the issue for me so hopefully iy will do the same for you.
