Complaints

Has anybody had issues with charges for sky glass. I need to contact someone but the not having any success with either phone or email

@CA603  Sky don't use email as a form of contact so have no idea who or what you've been emailing.

 

What are the issues you have with Sky Glass charges?  Perhaps the community can help ?

I have been charged for a damaged sky glass tv but not been given proof and when I call I get no help other than an email address

@CA603  There's obvioulsy more to this than you've posted, who damaged it?  Sky, You, the Courier?

 

If it's in your ownership was it delivered damaged?   Was it a return to Sky?  did you take photos before it was returned to show no damages?

It was returned to sky and had no damage when it left the property (took photos) but sky are saying it was damaged and have charged £509 for it. This has been automatically taken from account without proof of damage
