Hello there , 

I would like to swap my glass tv device. I'm still paying for it , but unfortunately I m really  disappointed from the tv device because I can not download it any other international channels,  I like to stay with sky just i didn't know I can't do nothing with the glass tv . Well it's possible just swap it my tv with another tv which I can manage? Thank you

You can not swap a sky glass tv  you own it from the day it is delivered to you, if you are still in your first 31 days then you can send it back to sky

You own the TV so you can sell it, use what you make from the sale to pay off the remainder of the loan you took out to pay for it, then purchase any other model of smart TV. Attach a Sky stream puck to it for Sky programmes.

You'd need to move to Sky Q to access the wider range of International channels on that satellite platform.

If you are talking about access on a smart television set then you can just buy one, but the payments for the Glass set will continue.
